Oh no! Returns are no fun.
We’re genuinely bummed that something didn’t work out. Sad face. But we’ve got you.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging, just the way you got it.

If the return is due to a mix-up or issue on our end, we’ll cover return shipping. No sweat.
If the return isn’t due to an error on our part, you’ll be responsible for shipping both ways, plus a 10 percent restocking fee. We also recommend adding tracking and delivery confirmation, since we can’t issue refunds for packages that never make it back to us.
Heads up if this return is related to a subscription:
Our subscription discount is reserved for customers who complete at least two recurring fulfilled subscription orders. If you're returning an item and haven't hit that two-order threshold, we’ll need to deduct both the 10 percent restocking fee and the 10 percent discount that was applied to your first order. You are also responsible for shipping both ways.
Returns involving Promotional Items or Gifts With Purchase:
All promotional items and Gifts With Purchase (GWPs) are valued at $50 each. If you return an item that was part of a promotion, your refund will be reduced by $50 for each promotional item or GWP received. Promotional items and GWPs are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
